Original Artwork

Unparalleled Art LLC manages original artwork orders in its entirety. In most instances, you can expect the order to be shipped within 7 - 10 business days. Unparalleled Art LLC currently only ships original artwork within the United States. If you’re outside the United States and are extremely interested in a piece(s), contact us.

The shipping cost of 1-2 original artwork pieces is a flat rate fee of $55.

For larger orders, purchases may arrive in multiple packages. Orders are shipped to residential or business addresses, allowing for confirmation of receipt. You will be alerted via e-mail as your order ships and a tracking number and link will be included.

Unparalleled Art LLC ships by USPS and purchases are securely packed. In uncommon cases of large orders, buyers will be contacted for freight shipping options.

Prints

All print orders are handled by a third-party shipping & fulfillment company. If prints & original artwork are ordered at the same time, they will ship separately. Prints typically ship within 5 - 10 business days of ordering. You will receive an email with tracking information for your order once prints ship.

RETURN

Original Artwork

There are no refunds for purchases of original artwork, unless something occurs outside of the control of you, the purchaser. Purchases will be eligible for returns due to quality-related issues, damage occurring during shipping or loss during shipping. If your purchase is damaged or lost due to shipping, you must notify Unparalleled Art LLC within 5 days of delivery to receive a refund. Fill out the contact form to receive full instructions.

Once the claim is received, Unparalleled Art LLC will respond for damaged or defective items to be return shipped. Photographs of damage and packaging will be requested upon receipt of claim. After the claim is reviewed and accepted, Unparalleled Art LLC will provide instructions for return. Unparalleled Art LLC will provide a refund for the purchase of your order after it is shipped and tracking information is received from you to Unparalleled Art LLC. Please return artwork in the original packaging. If packaging was destroyed (outside of shipping damage), the cost of new packaging will be your responsibility. Return shipping cost will be paid by Unparalleled Art LLC. Unparalleled Art LLC has the sole discretion to determine whether a claim is accepted or denied.

If there are quality-related issues with your order, you must notify Unparalleled Art LLC in writing within 5 days of delivery. Such notification must specify in detail the quality-related issue you believe has occurred. Unparalleled Art LLC will review the issue and issue a refund where the quality issue is not minor. Unparalleled Art LLC has the sole discretion to determine whether a quality-related issue is minor.

Prints

All print orders are handled by a third-party shipping & fulfillment company. We offer a 10 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee. If contacted within 10 days of the original order date, we will either replace or refund any print that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer. Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of order date to quality for a full replacement. Contact us to initiate the process.

If an item is damaged during shipment, contact us within 7 days of receiving your damaged print so that we can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please provide us with some photos of the outer packaging and damaged prints.
